Cures for ADHD & Anxiety

ADHD and anxiety disorder can be treated through medication, therapy, diet and overall lifestyle changes. Medication and certain herbs used to treat these disorders may have harmful side effects. These supplements are known to naturally relieve stress. Omega-3, found in fish or as a supplement, is an essential fatty acid that also aids in the proper function of the brain.
