Act of man situation sneezing?

An act of man is a term used in insurance to describe any event involving human carelessness, error, or intent that causes loss or damage. Examples of such acts include theft, vandalism, intentional damage, or even animal acts. However, a simple act like sneezing cannot be classified as an act of man. While the sneezing reflex is part of our human biology, it cannot be construed as intentional or even careless to the point of being liable for losses it incurs.
