      Honey is an effective cure for asthma.

      Take a teaspoon of honey mixed in a glass of water everyday, up to 3 times a day to relieve asthma-related allergy symptoms. Honey is an excellent cure-all treatment for many illnesses and is an effective remedy for asthma.

      Garlic is a good remedy for asthma and allergies.

      Make a ginger and garlic tea by boiling together in water. Strain the liquid and take daily until symptoms subside.
