Cut down on allergic reactions to dust mites by cleaning your bedding in hot water on a weekly basis and using allergen-proof pillowcases and sheets.

Alleviate symptoms of allergic rhinitis by taking prescription medicines called nasal corticosteroids and/or antihistamines. Ask you doctor which brand may be of particular benefit to you.
