How to Tell If You Have Allergies to Liquor

Allergic reactions can result from just about anything, including pets, foods, fabric, plants and even liquor. An allergy is a condition of hypersensitivity to a substance considered harmless to most people and will cause symptoms that vary greatly in intensity from person to person. Allergic reactions to alcohol and liquor are rare, but they do happen. If you do have an allergy to liquor, it is likely an allergy to one of the ingredients in the alcohol, such as corn or rye. Determining if you are allergic to liquor will help you alleviate future outbreaks of symptoms.
