Allegra-D Side Effects

Allegra-D, manufactured by sanofi-aventis, is an allergy medication that contains the decongestant pseudoephedrine. The most severe side effects experienced by Allegra-D users are often due to the pseudoephedrine contained in the medication, not its other active ingredient, fexofenadine. Fexofenadine can also cause side effects; however, they are usually milder than those caused by pseudoephedrine.
