Symptoms

Allergic rhinitis symptoms include frequent sneezing, runny nose, congestion, itchy eyes, ears, nose and/or throat, and tiredness.
Signs of Allergic Rhinitis

Signs may include swollen eyelids, injected sclerae, meaning the white areas of the eyes are red, and allergic shiners, which are darkened bags under the eyes.
Prevention

Allergies are difficult to avoid, but can be somewhat mastered by closing windows and running air conditioners and purifiers.
