Symptoms of Nut Allergies

Allergies to foods such as nuts are common in children, but can develop in anyone at any time, even if you have eaten nuts or nut products in the past and not had any symptoms. If you develop allergy symptoms or start to become unwell after eating nuts, seek medical help immediately, as nut allergies can result in death. According to the Mayo Clinic and the National Library of Medicine, symptoms of nut allergies include difficulty breathing and skin changes.
