  Start taking a 25mg dose of Seroquel on Day One of treatment, as recommended by a study provided by AstraZeneca, a leading maker of prescription medication.

  Increase the dosage to 50mg of Seroquel on Day Two of treatment. As you use Seroquel to treat Alzheimer's, you'll need to gradually introduce the medication into the person's system.
