Can an aneurysm cause the forehead to turn black?

It is very unlikely for an aneurysm to cause the forehead to turn black. Aneurysms are usually associated with blood vessels in the brain or other parts of the body. Discoloration of the forehead is not a typical symptom of an aneurysm.
