There is no condition called "skin asthma". Perhaps you are referring to atopic dermatitis, which is also called eczema. Atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin condition that causes red, itchy, and inflamed skin. Atopic dermatitis is not caused by an allergen as asthma is.
