  The expiration date is always printed directly on the container.

  Check the expiration date before using any medication. Do not use it if it is past date.

  Take a new bottle of Ventolin and write down the number of doses it contains on a piece of paper.

  Tape the piece of paper to the handle of the mouthpiece and make a pen mark on the paper for every dose you take.
