Making Your Own Lumbar Support
Lumbar support can be an important aspect of lower back health. Often, people develop lower back pain as a result of sitting in the same position for too long without access to adequate back support. Office chairs and car seats are prime examples of seating instruments that often lack lumbar support and contribute to lower back pain. When back pain develops, it is easy to develop your own lumbar support roll in order to ease the pain and sit more comfortably.Things You'll Need
