How to Train for Emotional Freedom Techniques

Founded by Gary Craig, Emotional Freedom Techniques -- generally referred to as EFT -- purports to help people recover from physical conditions by addressing their emotional deficiencies. Through a mental process of re-framing the way individuals view trauma, EFT teaches clients how to deal with emotional issues, addiction, pain and weight loss. Next tap the acupuncture points with all the fingers on your hand: outside of the palm about half way up the hand, top of the head, bridge of your nose, top of the eye socket, temples, under your nose, on your chin, on the collarbone, and under your arms.
