Fourth, you may want to take over the counter pain pills, but if you do, make sure you follow the instructions carefully and don't take more than recommended.

Fifth, you may want to start a sensible exercise program combining stretching and flexing. You will want to start slow and then work your way up to a longer routine. You will be very surprised how many people have been helped by exercise and have not found it necessary to visit the doctor.
