How to Do Idd Therapy for Both Neck & Back
Internal Disc Decompression or Intervertebral Differential Dynamics therapy (IDD) is a non-surgical procedure used to treat back and neck pain. It is performed by a certified clinician in facilities equipped with special devices. IDD therapy is an alternative treatment for back and neck disorders. It isolates and separates vertebra with negative pressure, allowing water and nutrients to re-enter the disc area. The procedure promotes healing to damaged discs and reduces pressure on vertebra.Instructions

1
Lie on a motorized table with a special harness that is equipped with a physio-therapeutic device. The table targets certain segments in the spinal column of the back and neck.
-
2
Lie on the table as certain amounts of traction and relaxation are applied to the problem areas of the back and neck. Negative pressure is applied through cyclic and static forces from the harness to the parts of the spinal column causing pain. Sessions last 30 minutes and are painless. Heat is administered before the procedure, with ice packs applied afterwards.
