Perspiration will interfere with tape adhesion so you should always begin with clean, dry skin. You will also need someone to assist you in applying the tape.

Stand up straight pulling your abdominal muscles in and holding your shoulders back.

Have your assistant place a strip of adhesive tape across your shoulders.

Have your assistant apply a strip of adhesive tape from each shoulder to the opposite hip. This step pulls the shoulders back.

At the tape ends apply an additional strip of tape at a right angle to hold the strip in place.
