How do a female catch scabies?

There are a few ways that a female can catch scabies.

- Skin-to-skin contact with someone who has scabies. Scabies is spread through close physical contact with someone who is already infected. This can include things like hugging, kissing, sleeping in the same bed, or sharing clothes or towels.

- Contact with contaminated objects. Scabies mites can live on clothing, bedding, furniture, and other objects for up to 72 hours. If you come into contact with any of these objects, you can become infected.

- Animal bites. Scabies can also be spread through bites from animals that have the mites, such as dogs or cats.

Once you have the scabies mites, they will burrow into your skin and lay eggs. This can cause intense itching, rash, and sores. If you think you may have scabies, it is important to see a doctor so that you can be treated.
