Can A negative blood be donated to plus blood?

A negative blood cannot be donated to positive blood. This is because A negative blood type lacks the Rh factor antigen, which is present in A positive blood. If A negative blood is transfused into a person with positive blood, the recipient's immune system will recognize the Rh factor antigen on the donor's red blood cells as foreign and attack them, causing a potentially fatal condition called hemolytic transfusion reaction.
