Does a person with type O blood have no agglutinations?
A person with type O blood does not have any A or B antigens on their red blood cells, but they do have anti-A and anti-B antibodies in their plasma. When type O blood is mixed with type A or type B blood, the antibodies in the plasma will cause the red blood cells to agglutinate (clump together). However, when type O blood is mixed with type O blood, there will be no agglutination because the red blood cells do not have any A or B antigens to react with the antibodies.
