How to Stop a Bad Bloody Nose
A bloody nose often strikes at the worst possible time--when you are fresh out of Kleenex. Luckily, you don't need Kleenex to stop a bloody nose--rather, you rely on a pinch of your fingers to mend it. What's more, contrary to popular myth, you do not have to lean backward to fix it, as that will only cause the blood to flow into your mouth. Remember that if any nosebleed lasts for longer than 10 minutes, you risk losing consciousness and should have someone take you to the emergency room. A bad nosebleed can often be a sign for a more serious problem, so stay aware of the frequency of your nosebleeds.Things You'll Need
