How do you wear cuff links?
1. Select the appropriate cuff links.
* Make sure the cuff links are the correct size for your shirt cuffs. The link should be slightly smaller than the cuff opening.
* Choose cuff links that match the formality of your outfit. Formal cuff links are usually made of precious metals, such as gold or silver, and may have jewels or other embellishments. Casual cuff links can be made of a variety of materials, such as plastic, wood, or leather.
2. Unbutton the cuffs of your shirt.
* Fold the cuffs back so that the inside of the cuff is facing out.
3. Insert the cuff link posts through the holes in the shirt cuffs.
* Make sure the posts are inserted through both layers of the cuff fabric.
4. Flip the cuff link over so that the decorative front is facing outward.
* Gently squeeze the cuff link closed so that it holds the cuff in place.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other cuff.
Tips for wearing cuff links:
- Make sure the cuff links are not too tight or too loose.
Too-tight cuff links can pinch your skin, while too-loose cuff links can easily come undone.
- Experiment with different cuff link styles to find the one that best suits your personality and wardrobe.
Cuff links can be a great way to add a touch of personality to your outfit. Choose cuff links that reflect your individual style, whether it's classic, contemporary, or anything in between.
- Cuff links are a great way to accessorize your formalwear.
Wear them with a tuxedo, suit, or sport coat for a polished, sophisticated look.
