What is the functions of deltoid muscles?
Deltoid Muscles consist of Three Parts and each part performs an Important Function that aids shoulder movements such as raising, flexing, extending, and rotating them:
1). Anterior Deltoid:
- Flexion / Forward Bending of Arms
2). Middle Deltoid:
- Abduction of Humerus Bone at Shoulder Joint – Lifting Arms Outward
3). Posterior Deltoid:
- Extension/Backward straightening Arms at Elbows
