Tarsals:

- Calcaneus (heel bone)

- Talus (ankle bone)

- Cuboid

- Navicular

- Medial cuneiform

- Intermediate cuneiform

- Lateral cuneiform

Metatarsals:

- First metatarsal (big toe metatarsal)

- Second metatarsal

- Third metatarsal

- Fourth metatarsal

- Fifth metatarsal

Phalanges:

- Proximal phalanges (closest to the foot)

- Intermediate phalanges (middle phalanges)

- Distal phalanges (farthest from the foot)

The big toe only has two phalanges instead of three like the other toes.
