Where are your deltoid muscles?
The deltoids are muscles that make up the shoulder. They are a group of three muscles that are located on the front, side, and back of the shoulder. The anterior deltoid is located on the front of the shoulder, the lateral deltoid is located on the side of the shoulder, and the posterior deltoid is located on the back of the shoulder. The deltoids are responsible for abducting the arm, flexing the arm at the shoulder, and extending the arm at the shoulder.
