Where are your biceps located?
The biceps, also known as the biceps brachii, are located on the front of the upper arm. They consist of two muscles, the biceps brachii longus and the biceps brachii brevis, which originate from the scapula (shoulder blade) and insert into the radius (one of the two bones in the forearm). The biceps are responsible for flexing the elbow joint and supinating the forearm (turning the palm up).
