How to Fix the Smell of a Cast
Having a cast on your arm or leg is enough of a pain, let alone when the cast begins to have a very unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, since you can't wash the area underneath your cast as you normally would it will eventually begin to smell---this is because bacteria and moisture have accumulated underneath the cast, causing odors to form. One of the only ways to help your cast smell better is by using a cast cooling unit that uses air from your vacuum to aerate underneath the cast.Things You'll Need
