How to Trim Spurs

Bone spurs are protrusions of the bone that are commonly found near joints. The medical term for bone spurs is "osteophytes," and they can cause considerable pain to surrounding nerves and tissue. They are more commonly found in those of old age, but can be treated through either surgical or non-surgical methods.
