How to Use Kinesio Tape on the Tricep
Dr. Kenzo Kase, a chiropractor and acupuncture specialist, designed the Kinesio Taping Method in the mid-1970s. Dr. Kase developed this tape after becoming frustrated with the limitations of other taping methods. He designed the tape to mimic human skin to provide support and stability of injured muscles and joints while also promoting healing. Bicep injuries are common occurrences in sports. Taping your injured bicep with Kinesio tape can provide needed support while allowing you to perform physical therapy.Things You'll Need
