- White paper
- Container
- Water

Lay out clean white paper on the floor. The paper should be big enough for you to stand on with both feet entirely on the paper.

Fill a container with water to a level deep enough to cover just the bottom of your feet.

Step into the water. Make sure the surfaces on the bottom of your feet are completely covered with the water.

Lift your feet out of the container and let any drips of water fall from your feet then stand carefully on the paper. Don't move once you set your feet on the paper.

Remove your feet from the paper and inspect the prints left behind. If you do not see a dry curve on the inner part of each foot, your feet are flat with no arches.
