How to Wrap a Wrist & Hand
Hand and wrist injuries require special care to immobilize the joint. The only way to prevent further injury and to start the healing process is to apply a bandage or tape and to then immobilize the area. Through the use of an Ace bandage, one can easily wrap a wrist and hand until the injury is healed. Additionally, this wrap can be used for additional support when playing athletics in order to protect a weakened joint.Things You'll Need
