How to Wrap a Foot for Kicking
Wrapping a foot for kicking is an important step in any soccer player or placekicker's pregame routine. The support given to the ankle with a wrap can help prevent injury and improve the confidence that the kicker has in his or her ankle. Done properly, this wrap should provide much-needed support while not constricting movement to hinder running.Things You'll Need
