Strengthen your muscles. Preparing your leg muscles prior to your ACL surgery will speed up your recuperation process.
Do isometrics. While sitting or laying down, alternate between tightening your buttocks, your quadriceps (thigh muscles), and your calf muscles. Hold each individually. Release. Repeat. Do this throughout the day.
