How to Use EFT for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are used for a number of problems, including carpal tunnel syndrome. EFT doesn't require special training to benefit from it's effects. EFT is based on the discovery that imbalances in the body's energy system have profound effects on one's personal psychology.

Instructions

    • 1

State a truth about how you feel along with a positive affirmation while tapping approximately fives times on each specific point.

    • 2

Tap the "Karate Chop" point, located on the outside of your left hand, using the tips of all four fingers of your right hand.

    • 3

Use the fingertips on one or both hands to tap the top of the head.

    • 4

Apply even tapping on the eyebrow point. It's located where the eyebrow begins near the center of the face. Use the index and middle fingers on one hand to tap.

    • 5

Move to the eye and under eye points. Tap on the bone near the outside of the eye, then on the bone under the eye, approximately even with the pupil.

    • 6

Position the index and middle finger under the nose. Tap the under nose spot and then on the chin.

    • 7

Locate the collarbone spot just below the hollow in your neck. Tap this spot with your index and middle fingers.

    • 8

Finish the EFT for carpal tunnel syndrome by tapping on the under the arm point located 4 inches below the armpit.
