1
Always wear footwear with arch support. Either an arched shoe such as heels or padded arches that you add to shoes. You need to support the arch in your foot so that the pressure of your body doesn't push your foot down into your arch. This can be quite painful.
-
2
Exercise your feet daily with an exercise band. Press your toes against the band several times then move on and repeat with the band in your arch. You want to strength your arch so it won't fall or sag and cause you pain or discomfort.
-
3
Roll up a towel. When you're at home or sitting for a long period of time place this rolled towel under the arch of your foot. This is will be comfortable while supporting your arch and allowing your feet to breathe.

4
Walk carefully. People with high arches are prone to ankle sprains and strains. Any accidental roll or misstep could send you falling. Place callus and blister pads in shoes to prevent these on your first and fifth toes. The incline of your foot will make you prone to these as well. Good luck and take care!
