Bosu Balance Trainer Inflation Instructions
The BOSU balance trainer contains a dome and a platform. The dome of the BOSU resembles half of an exercise stability ball and is inflated prior to use. You use the balance trainer dome side or platform side up for a variety of upper body, lower body and core exercises. A BOSU is also used for cardiovascular exercise when you perform movements similar to those performed on an aerobic step. This versatile tool is portable for use at home, work or the gym. Proper inflation will provide you the best workout, keep you safe and protect your equipment.Things You'll Need

Position your BOSU dome side down on the floor. Locate the small white plug in the center of the platform.

Place a quarter, or a plug removal tool, under the edge of the white plug. Twist the tool to loosen the plug. Twist the tool around all the edges of the plug until it loosens and you can grab it between your fingers. Pull out the plug.

Insert the end of your air pump into the hole in the platform. Use even pumps to blow air into the BOSU.

Stop inflating when the dome side feels firm. Measure from the floor to the platform. Continue to inflate until the platform reaches a height of 10 inches. Release a little air by pulling out the air pump if you have overinflated the BOSU.

Hold the white plug in one hand and place the point of the plug near the hole in the center of the platform. Quickly pull out the air pump with your other hand. Immediately slide the plug into the hole.

Press down on the plug with your fingers for a secure fit.
