What is wrong with pulse rate of 30 over 10 for adult?

There is no such thing as a pulse rate of 30 over 10 for an adult. A normal pulse rate for an adult is between 60 and 100 beats per minute. A pulse rate that is too low (bradycardia) or too high (tachycardia) can be a sign of a medical problem.
