How to Use Everflo Oxygen Concentrators
The Everflo Oxygen Concentrator uses ambient air to create medical-grade oxygen for patients who require constant oxygen use. The Everflo device is 31 pounds, features 40 decibels of sound and is compact for traveling. Everflo can be used with or without a humidifier when connecting for supplemental oxygen. The Everflo device should not be used with an extension chord or with an electrical adapter. Plug the Everflo Oxygen Concentrator to an electrical outlet at least six to 12 inches away from walls, furniture, curtains or any item that will impede air flow.

Connect the nasal cannula to the Oxygen Outlet Port located on the top of the device, just above the power button.

Press the "On" switch. Initially, there will be an audible beep, and all the LED lights on the device will illuminate. The green LED light will stay lit after that point.

Adjust the flow meter on the side of the device to your oxygen prescription requirements. Turn the knob located on the side of the flow meter until the ball is centered on the line that corresponds with your oxygen requirements.

Verify that the oxygen is flowing through the nasal cannula and place the cannula prongs into your nose and tubes behind your ears.
Humidifier

Open the filter door on the back of the device and remove the humidifier connector tube. Replace the filter door on the back of the concentrator.

Fill the humidifier according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Loosen the Velcro straps and place the humidifier into the straps. Adjust the straps to secure the humidifier into place. The setup wizard will ensure proper installation.

Connect the humidifier connection tube to the top of the humidifier and to the Oxygen Outlet Port on the front of the device.

Connect your nasal cannula to the humidifier bottle, according to the humidifier bottle's manufacturer's specifications.
