Can a Zithromax Tri-Pak cure chlamydia?

Z-Pak (azithromycin) is not a Tri-Pak. A Z-Pak is a 5-day course of antibiotics to treat bacterial infections like sexually transmitted diseases. A standard Tri-Pak treats chlamydia over a 7-day course.
