How to Find the Best Fish Oil
Instructions
-
-
1
Look for fish oil that is made from certain kinds of fish, specifically salmon, tuna, anchovies and sardines, to make sure that you are obtaining the richest form of omega-3.
-
2
Make sure that the product includes only omega-3 nutrients by reading the ingredients. Add up the oils that are listed and make sure that the eight omega-3 oils are in the capsule. The eight omega-3 oils are EPA, ALA, SDA, DHA, ETA3, ETA, HPA and DPA.

3
Check what part of the body was used in the creation of the oil. You only want oil that has been taken from the flesh of the fish (the part of the fish that you would eat). In addition, you should check to make sure that the fish that have been used are disease-free.
-
4
Do not purchase oil that is not 100% pure or is molecularly distilled. These products are no longer in their natural state and will not be the best fish oil that you can find.
