Instructions

    • 1

Purchase a bottle of apple cider vinegar.

    • 2

Take approximately two Tbsp. a day of the apple cider vinegar. Be aware that it has a very strong unpleasant taste if you plan to swallow it.

    • 3

Add the apple cider vinegar to a glass of juice to help with flavoring if you find the vinegar alone is too difficult to swallow.

    • 4

Try mixing the apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of honey to help disguise the taste.

    • 5

Pour your two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on your salad if you are using oil and vinegar based dressing. You'll never even notice the difference from your regular dressing.
