1
Mix 1 cup of mint leaf juice with 1 cup of water and drink three times a day. It can be consumed hot, cold or room temperature, according to your preference.
-
2
Combine 1 cup of mint leaf juice with 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove, then turn off the stove. Bend over the stove with your face directly over the saucepan, close enough that you can inhale the vapors, but not so close that you will be burned from the steam. Place a towel over your head to keep the vapors enclosed. Repeat three times a day for about 10 minutes or until the steam dissipates.
