How to Cure Sniffles
Many people are under the mistaken impression that we catch sniffles and colds because of cold weather. In fact 78% of all sniffles and colds in the U.S. are experienced during the warmer months of May, June and July. Colds are caused by viruses that are spread by interaction among people who have the virus. The symptoms of a cold are a runny nose, headache, scratchy throat and a low-grade fever.
