Purchase a bottle of colloidal silver. You can likely find some at your local health-food store. If not, there are numerous websites that sell it online.

Take up to an ounce of colloidal silver at a time–six teaspoons full. The exact dosage required to be effective can vary from person to person, according to SilverMedicine.org.

Hold the colloidal silver in your mouth for at least 30 seconds before swallowing.

Repeat, anywhere from once a day up to every four hours, depending on the severity of your cold symptoms. You can continue to take colloidal silver in smaller doses (one teaspoon a day) as a supplement after symptoms have been relieved, or discontinue use as desired.
