How to Avoid Colds By Using Thyme and Oregano Oil

- Thyme oil
- Oregano oil
- Juice or water

Select a natural thyme and/or oregano oil from a reputable source. Natural health food stores or a reputable online dealer should have a quality product.

Pour a 10 oz. glass of juice or water. A lighter juice such as apple or cranberry will be less acidic on the stomach.

Add 3 drops of thyme or oregano oil. It's best to not mix the two oils, but choose one and stick with that oil for your initial treatments.

Drink the oil and juice or water mixture twice a day. Continue this treatment for 15 days, and then take 15 days off.
