Though occurring in rare cases, the following side effects may arise as a result of using Cipramil: missed menstrual period, mood changes, worsening depression, chest pain, vision changes, painful erection, severe skin irritation, confusion, bloody stools, tremors, suicidal thoughts and irritability. Seek immediate medical attention and stop using Cipramil if any of these side effects arise.
