Thirst

The average person needs about 8 8-oz. glasses of water per day. If you are at an average activity level and drinking this much water, but still feel thirsty, this may be a symptom of a blood sugar imbalance.
Urination

It is normal to need to urinate throughout the day. However, if you are experiencing an increased need to urinate with no explainable reason, this may also be a sign of a blood sugar imbalance.
Sweating

Heavy sweating throughout the day, even during times of little to no physical activity, may also be a sign of a blood sugar problem.
Cravings

Cravings for sweet foods such as candies or chocolates may can also be a sign of a sugar imbalance. Cravings are often the body's way of expressing what it feels it needs to keep homeostasis (balance).
Energy

If your energy is constantly dipping throughout the day, this may also be a sign of a blood sugar imbalance. Many people just turn to coffee or other stimulant-laced beverages to help them get over these dips. However, this only further aggravates the problem.
