How to Record Diabetic Weight & Blood Sugars
Tracking blood glucose readings and weight fluctuations can help diabetics identify trends and potential complications before they become serious problems. Tracking your weight will help you monitor any sudden fluctuations, as well as help you maintain your target healthy weight range.Things You'll Need
