How to Eliminate Gas & Bloating

Gas and bloating are common digestive issues that affect many people. Digestive issues, certain foods and internal parasites can all lead to excessive gas and bloating. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is an underlying medical condition that can lead to bloating. Consult your physician for a conventional treatment plan if you believe you have IBS. If you are bothered with everyday gas and bloating, and your physician has confirmed that you don't have a serious condition, consider treating this problem yourself.
