How to Cleanse Using Raw Eggs

Start slowly. Eat one teaspoon of raw egg per day if you are just starting to help your body get used to it. Gradually bring up the amount of raw egg you are including in your diet as you get used to it.

Mix raw eggs with a beverage. Use one teaspoon of raw egg yolk and a full glass of vegetable juice or milk (some prefer soy milk to regular milk) to help cleanse your colon. Drink a glass a day to promote good health.

Pour raw egg yolk over greens. Use the egg yolks alone, or mixed with other ingredients, to create a salad dressing. Depending on the size of your salad, mix one teaspoon (more if you are making a larger salad) raw egg yolk, apple cider vinegar, salt, honey and extra virgin olive oil (equal parts each). Drizzle the mixture over a salad that is full of vegetables to aide in your cleansing.

Increase the amount of raw egg you are eating. Eventually go from one teaspoon of raw egg to one whole raw egg a day.
